The personal computer (PC) is any computer, which original free market price, the size, and abilities do its useful to people, and which is intended to cope directly end user, without the last operator of the COMPUTER.




Today PC can be the desktop computer, the laptop or the pocket computer. Modern personal computers often have high-speed or telecommunications through the modem to the Internet, allowing access to the World wide web and a wide range of other resources.

PC can be the house computer, or can be established at the office often connected with a local network. Distinguishing features - that the computer, first of all, is used in the interactive mode, one person for once. It unlike batch operation given or working in a mode of division of time of models which have allowed the big expensive systems to be used by many people, usually at the same time, or the big systems of data processing which have demanded that completely occupied staff operated effectively.





While early owners PC usually should write own programs to make something useful with cars, today's users have an access to a wide range of the commercial and noncommercial software which is easy installed.
